Here's a typical session broken down by time. For every hour on-site, I spend hours editing afterward.

The "why" behind it
How do I book?
Reach out through the contact form or DM me on Instagram. Let me know which session you're interested in, the event or location, and your preferred date. I'll confirm availability and send over the details.
How long does editing take?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from shoot date. All photos include custom color grading, retouching, and dual format delivery (high-res + optimized social). Rush delivery available upon request.
Do you require a deposit?
For convention sessions, payment is due on the day of the shoot. For private sessions booked in advance, a 25% non-refundable deposit holds your slot, with the remainder due at the shoot.
What's included in the edit?
Every photo receives custom color grading tailored to your costume, lighting, and aesthetic preference. This includes shadow/midtone/highlight adjustments, skin tone refinement, and saturation/contrast tuning. Standard retouching (blemish cleanup, minor costume touch-ups) is included. Heavy retouching (major edits, extensive cleanup, specific requests) is available at +$20/photo and flagged upfront.
Why are convention rates lower than private shoots?
Convention sessions have shorter time slots and standardized lighting, making them efficient for higher volume. Private sessions get premium rates because they're customized, typically longer, and involve location scouting or specific styling. Both get the same quality editing.
Do you travel outside Edmonton?
Currently, I operate within Edmonton only. If you're interested in travel sessions, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options.
Can I use the photos commercially?
Photos are licensed for personal use (social media, portfolio, personal prints). If you want to use images commercially, monetize content, or use in ads/merch, contact me to discuss commercial licensing options.
